File the initiatory pleading via email to efiling@set.gov.ph by attaching a copy of the verified pleading, its annexes, and other supporting documents, all in PDF format. Follow the formats below for the email subject line and attached filename:

The official email address of counsel/s must be indicated in the pleadings and used in all email correspondence.
STEP 2. PAYMENT OF FILING FEES
Pay the assessed filing fees within one (1) hour after receipt of the Order of Payment. Payment may be made via bank deposit or bank transfer.

STEP 3. SUBMISSION OF PROOF OF PAYMENT
Email a copy of the proof of bank deposit or bank transfer to efiling@set.gov.ph within one (1) hour after payment.
STEP 4. ISSUANCE OF OFFICIAL RECEIPT
A scanned copy of the Official Receipt will be emailed to the party. The original copy may be claimed from the Financial Management Service.
STEP 5. DOCKETING AND CASE NUMBER ASSIGNMENT A scanned copy of the first page of the initiatory pleading, bearing the assigned case number, will be emailed to the party.
