Qualification Standards

Education: Bachelor’s degree preferably in any of the following areas: Gender/Women and
Development; lnternational Studies; Social Development; Development Management; Public
Management; Social Work; Social Sciences and other allied courses

Experience: One (1) year experience in any of the following: Gender and Development, Gender
Mainstreaming, GAD Planning and Budgeting, GenderAnalysis, Women’s and Human Rights Advocacy,
Monitoring and Evaluation, Policy Making/Development; Research, Coordination / Networking /
Partnership Building, Report Preparation, Module Development, lnternational Public Relations and
Events Organizing / Management

Training: Eight (8) hours of relevant training
