The Civil Service Commission-National Capital Region (CSC-NCR) awarded the Senate Electoral Tribunal (SET) a Certificate of Recognition (Bronze Award) for attaining Maturity Level II of the Program to Institutionalize Meritocracy and Excellence in Human Resource Management (PRIME-HRM).  Director Dick N. Echavez of CSC-NCR Field Office presented the certificate during the SET Flag-raising ceremony held on 17 December 2018.

PRIME-HRM aims to elevate public sector Human Resources Management to a level of excellence through a process of assessment, assistance and recognition of HRM systems, competencies and practices using HRM maturity level indicators that are at par with global standards. A Bronze Award signifies that the agency attained Maturity Level II in all four core systems namely: Recruitment and Selection, Performance Management System, Learning and Development, and Rewards and Recognition.

The recognition confirms SET’s readiness to exercise delegated HR functions, craft standard operating procedures and implement automated systems.
