The SET was conferred a Level II – Accredited Status under CSC Resolution No. 1302836 promulgated on December 23, 2013, after the Comprehensive HRM Assistance, Review and Monitoring (CHARM) conducted by the CSC-National Capital Region Office on November 25 and 26, 2013 showed that the Tribunal had complied with all requirements of the Program to Institutionalize Meritocracy and Excellence in Human Resource Management (PRIME-HRM). The Certificate of Accreditation was formally presented to the SET in an Awarding Ceremony held at Luxent Hotel on March 27, 2014.

The CSC PRIME-HRM, which recognizes best practices in the various areas of human resource management, continues to capacitate the SET HRMS in the performance of its human resource management functions.
